I have the utmost respect for PACGB but sometimes I feel like you guys are shortsighted.. I know that you like pike (and so do I) but you have to understand that pike is non-native in certain areas of Alaska and it's affecting negatively local population and fisheries. What are they to do? As the article points out, devise better ways to control the population because the task at hand is not easy at all and risks to be a money sinkhole. Do you think they'd be better off doing nothing or promoting C&R? Well, you might want to think about that over..
